Description (general):
We are seeking
IP SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER with a proven track record in selling complex
networking solutions to Service Providers. You will report directly to
the Head: EP Fixed Broadband and Convergence.
In this position you
will play a key role in driving and leading new sales opportunities for
IP Edge, Optical and Microwave in the all-IP segment in Ghana.
You will promote
Ericsson’s position as a key player in the IP market segment building
from Ericsson expertise as the global leader in Mobile Communication.
You will develop, and grow existing and new accounts, within the
territory for IP and Broadband product and solution sales. We expect you
to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
You will also:

With a consultative way of working, convert customer needs into business opportunities for the customer and for Ericsson

Build and maintain relations with all levels of the Customer organizations

Maintain pipeline for all opportunities within territory, including forecasting

Creating customer business cases for the relevant solutions

Plan and Execute value based selling strategies

Learn relevant
solutions, architectures and full product line specifications and
maintain knowledge of the complete PA IP and Broadband products and
solution offerings

Maintain knowledge of key competitor’s product line

Facilitate resources as needed to close large opportunities
