Opening: Meridian At Home has a part time 20 hour per week opening for a RN. The schedule is 11:00am-9:00pm, every other weekend.. Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating home nursing care needs on individual and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with agency poicies and procedures and external regulations. Requirements: [Minimum education] Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or nursing diploma is required. [Desired education] BSN preferred [Minimum work experience] one year acute care experience [Desired work experience] 2-3 years acute care experience, 1 year home care experience [Required licenses/certifications] Current New Jersey Nursing License (BLS) Basic Life Support,- (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - (RN) NJ Registered Nurse IV Certification Must have valid NJ drivers license. Job: DRIVER [MERIDIAN PRIVATE HOME CARE], #726794

Shift:   Day Status:   Per Diem Location:   Meridian At Home City:   Wall
Description: Drive MAH vehicle to transport team members to and from patients' residences and health care facilities in a timely manner. Assists team members with any bags in and out of the vehicle. Transports potential team members from train/bus station to/from interviews and Occupational Health in a timely manner. Delivers supplies, mail or equipment when needed to team members in patients home or in health care facilities. Also delivers any materials needed for CHHHA classes to and from MAH offices. Prepares reports of mileage traveled, gasoline used, number of team members transoported and any unusual incidents. Required information is reported to superisor on a daily basis and in an effective manner. Refuels, cleans and checks vehicle for required servicing and repairs. Minimum of two weekends per month required. Requirements: [Minimum education] High School graduate or equivilent preferred. [Desired education] [Minimum work experience] Previous driving experience mandatory. [Desired work experience] One year consistant documented work history.
