Opening: Meridian At Home has a part time 20 hour per week opening for a RN. The schedule is 11:00am-9:00pm, every other weekend.. Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating home nursing care needs on individual and continuing basis of assigned patients in keeping with agency poicies and procedures and external regulations. Requirements: [Minimum education] Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing. Associate in Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing or nursing diploma is required. [Desired education] BSN preferred [Minimum work experience] one year acute care experience [Desired work experience] 2-3 years acute care experience, 1 year home care experience [Required licenses/certifications] Current New Jersey Nursing License (BLS) Basic Life Support,- (CPR) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - (RN) NJ Registered Nurse IV Certification Must have valid NJ drivers license.
