YOU are an experienced engineer who is excited about a leading role in a
global engineering function. You are a team player with strong communication
and project management skills and you feel comfortable working in an
interdisciplinary team. You have experience industrial utilities and are
passionate about maximizing energy efficiency. You are fluent in oral and
written English.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will join the Philip Morris International Engineering team based in
Neuchâtel, Switzerland whose main objective is to lead strategic projects. You
will manage the implementation of global projects and set the standards
required for best-in-class application of utilities to our industrial
facilities.
Specifically you will:
• Lead the Energy Management Program in PMI to improve our energy efficiency
• Investigate possible applications for the use of renewable energy
• Lead collaboration PMI wide to improve the design standards for industrial
facilities
• Provide support to Project Teams internationally in all matters related to
their utilities
• Form part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the conceptual design
of new facilities
• Keep abreast of the latest technology trends in utilities in OEMS and
other industries
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in chemical, mechanical, environmental or energy
engineering
• Substantial experience, ideally in a role related to CO2 or Energy reduction
• Experience in project management
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
