Job purpose
As Performance Improvement - Business Process
Reengineering Consultant, you will contribute technically to Process
Reengineering & Organization engagements. You will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.
With guidance from partners, senior managers and managers, you'll
identify potential business opportunities for EY. By drawing on your
knowledge and experience, you'll provide innovative commercial insights
for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and
cultural needs and contribute to thought leadership.
You'll actively contribute to improving operational
efficiency on projects and internal initiatives. In line with EY's
commitment to quality, you'll consistently drive projects to completion and confirm that work is of a high quality.
Your role in leading teams - or parts of teams on engagements will
depend on the size of engagement. When working on engagements, you'll
report to higher levels of management, who will expect you to anticipate
and identify risks, and escalate any issues as appropriate.
As an influential member of the team, you'll help to
create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team
members and help them to develop.
Your Client responsibilities
- Participate in Process Transformation engagements: process reengineering and assistance in ERP implementation
- Understand and execute advisory services procedures including client interviews, problem analysis and advanced fact gathering
- Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
- Manage expectations of deliverables and timing
- Stay informed of general business/economic developments and understand their impact to the client
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the organization

Qualifications
To qualify, candidates must have:
- A Master's degree from a reputable university
- A work experience of 3 to 4 years in a consulting firm, or in process optimization position within an international firm
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to crystallize a project objective, structure the work plan, conduct fact-based analysis, construct and evaluate alternative hypotheses
- Focus on rigorous, driver-based shareholder value analysis
- Excellent French and English verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
- Ability to think outside of the box and thrive on new challenges
- Willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs
Technical skills requirements
You'll have knowledge and experience of a number of
the following areas, and be developing deep experience and technical
competence in at least one:
