Job Description

1. Lead monthly financial closing, B/S reconciliation and gap analysis;
2. Support annual audit by working with internal teams and external auditors
3. Identify process improvement opportunities and able to implement those under proper guidance
4. Work with US accounting team to drive global process consistency and support new project/process launches

Basic Qualifications

1. University degree or above with Accounting or Finance major;
2. 5+ years experience in accounting in multinational companies;
3. Detail oriented and analytical mindset;
4. Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and handling multiple tasks;
5. Familiar with ERP system, advanced Excel skills required
6. Excellent communication skills in English;
7. Good understanding of local and US GAAP
8. High potential to be the future leader

Preferred Qualifications

1. Oracle experience preferred;
2. Professional Accounting qualification is a plus
