Position Overview:

Job description
Working as part of the Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) team to co-develop, implement and manage programs to protect and enhance the reputation of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and its products as per the agreed to PAC strategies aligned with bottler counterparts and within the policies and guidelines established by the Company.  This position has a particular emphasis on working with stakeholders, media and third parties in the area of enhancing TCCC’s role of a trustful and recognizable partner contributing to addressing the obesity epidemic and ingredient perception management.

Key responsibilities:


  1. Working in concert with the Senior PAC Manager to design, implement and co-ordinate integrated campaigns, initiatives and programs that:


  • Protect, promote and enhance the reputation of TCCC as a respected contributing partner in helping to address the obesity challenge 

  • Addressing the misconceptions and incorrect information regarding product ingredients

  • Profiling company contribution to communities and society in the areas of active healthy lifestyle, the environment (CRS), socio-economic impact and responsible marketing.

2.   Develop, cultivate and maintain positive stakeholder relationships with NGOs, stakeholders and local authorities including:


  • Maintaining  comprehensive stakeholder contact lists and mappings

  • Conduct presentations about the Company at various conferences, workshops and meetings

  • Engaging with, and partnering with, various stakeholders in order to achieve defined Company objectives.

3.    Effectively manage media on behalf of the Polish operation with the objective increasing positive media coverage driven by the Company and industry platforms through such actions as:


  • Acting as spokesperson in Poland, handling media enquiries and creating and executing communications strategies and plans

  • Creating interesting and effective press releases, prepare other content for the media based on reports and insights, own research and interviews

  • Amplifying local community activities, initiatives and sponsorships

4.    Support company marketing, brand PR and social/digital programs by:


  • Working with agencies and media to amplify  select brand PR programs

  • Participate in all advertising promotion programs to ensure the preparation and execution marketing plans are consistent  with the corporate rules and regulations

  • Act as the PAC point person for Poland for the Coca-Cola Citizen Interaction center (CIC) to help develop PAC related content and to ensure all PAC related materials used by this social and on-line engagement platform are consistent with Coca-Cola messaging, policies and procedures.

  • Supervise the corporate website, increasing traffic and reflecting R2020 strategy and messaging

5.  Facilitate internal company communications and support local management by:


  • Ensure that achievements and issues of TCCC are positively communicated to all employees and bottler in a timely manner

  • Implement and develop TCCC Ambassadors Program, becoming one of the Company Ambassadors

  • Drive motivation and engagement

  • Assist managers in the development and execution of speeches and interviews/publicity articles as per agreed business priorities

  • Coordinate Social Media by ensuring proper engagement by all employees 

  • Roll out Social Media Policy & Rules of Engagement to all our employees

You have:

  • Bachelors DStudent of IV, V year or University graduate (preferably Business Administration, Economics/ Econometrics, Computer Science or related field of study)
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong personal computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in usage of Business Intelligence or analytical/ reporting tools
  • Knowledge of ERP system is an asset
  • Any professional experience in multinational environment is an asset
