- Act as subject matter expert for assigned processes and applications. - Provide support for assigned applications to ensure operational excellence. - Manage all aspects of one or more medium to large, complex projects, from initiation through closure, meeting milestone targets. - Develop, sell and implement comprehensive project plans, beginning with project team structure and resource assignment, and ending with a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT platform quality requirements - Manage daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested by customer - Clearly communicate project status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to IT Leadership - Manages SLAs associated with project | |
| - 5 years Project management experience in global environments
- Demonstrated project management skills, including initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, quality management and communication. - Good knowledge of Oracle ERP applications. - Ability to independently drive activities whilst identifying and escalating issues appropriately. - Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions. - Understanding of IT technologies and how to apply them. - Awareness of compliance requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence with key contributors and stakeholders. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills. - Demonstrated strong leadership skills. | |
| - Experience with GE process and quality methodologies.
- Black belt certified - Degree or equivalent in a technical discipline - Finance application awareness/experience (eg. Sabrix Tax engine) - Experience in the Healthcare industry - PMP / ITIL certified - Lean experience |
