You will help us do this by monitoring customer email activity and results to ensure all customers are in compliance with Infusionsoft's Email Policies, as well as general email best-practice compliance within the email community and industry. This is done through reporting tools, investigation, objective analysis and articulating the findings to the other members of the Email Operations team through service tickets. Your "Big 3" responsibilities will be 1) Ongoing Compliance & Process Improvement, 2) Provide a Delightfully Thorough Compliance Analysis for the Customer, and 3) Become an Expert Email Compliance Analyst.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS CS
  • 5+ Years in Java Software Development
  • Development experience with Core APIs and Frameworks, to include a solid understanding of the Java Programming Language, data structures and algorithms.
  • A solid understanding of design patterns and service-oriented architectures.
  • A work hard / play hard attitude that will flourish in an open, collaborative, development environment.
  • Excellent coding skills and object-oriented programming knowledge, with a focus on quality.

The primary function of this position is to develop, manage and improve the systems that collect and aggregate our Big Data into a data warehouse for our web-based Infusionsoft applications and internal users.
