Job Description

This Financial Analyst position will be 100% dedicated to the support of the Corporate Development leaders at Infusionsoft. The Analyst will be responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting helping with the creation of various project forecast models and business development contract reviews. This person will be analyzing data, identifying trends, making recommendations, and supporting the organization through forecasting and budget cycles. In addition, this person will act as the liaison between Finance and Corporate Development leaders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creation of executive-level reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Creation of project level ROI/NPV analysis
• Review and make recommendations to the terms and conditions of various business development opportunities
• Develop tools that can be leveraged to drive continued performance improvement of the department

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extreme proficiency in Excel, Power Point, large sets of data and a working knowledge of statistics
• Established history of effective financial reporting with timely and measurable results
• Strategic innovator that creates effective solutions to operational challenges
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or other financial modeling tools
• Highly analytical with effective skills in collaborating with people
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, with an ownership mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-pace, ever changing environment
• Bachelor's Degree in a finance related field

Ideal Qualifications:

• 5+ years in financial support role in a SaaS company
• Experience working with new customer acquisition and retention models in a sales environment
• An innate sense of purpose that keeps energy and outputs high even when there are many "irons in the fire"
