We have specialised skills to collaborate with our clients and capture demand in new ways. We pioneer and scale the science of transacting with customers in an expert and streamlined way, however they want and wherever they are. We are uniquely placed to satisfy all of our client's needs because we sell offerings and solutions involving all IBM brands.

The Role

Due to continued success, business growth and expansion we are looking to add experienced IT Lead Development professionals to our successful international sales teams in Dublin.
As an IBM LDR you will work with potential clients across Spain to help them to fully understanding the solutions offered by IBM and develop business opportunities.
The opportunities you will be developing will include, Cloud Computing, Software, SaaS, Hardware, IT Services and Technical Support Services, reflecting IBM’s wide reaching and extensive capabilities.
You will specialise in identifying business for IBM and nurturing the opportunities until they are developed in to valid solutions.
You will benefit from extensive education and training to build your long lasting internationally focused dynamic career, with one of the world’s largest IT companies and most recognised brands.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Developing new business opportunities for IBM, through the response to marketing generated inbound enquiries and out bound campaigns.
• Capturing a customer's or prospect's requirements, exploring their business and or technology needs related to a marketing campaign or tactic and then validate the opportunity.
• Nurture responses through the early selling stages from notice to identify to validated; maintain a relationship with prospects that are interested in solutions but do not currently meet the qualification criteria.
• Providing feedback to marketing and sales teams on the success and or gaps of each tactic/campaign/opportunity identification (OI) activity to increase effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively and closely with the Inside and Field sales teams on opportunity identification generating activities designed to address local market needs.
• Must importantly you will need to act as a trusted advisor to your clients by helping to influence their decisions through your guidance and expertise.

Qualification and Experience
• You must have 3+years of a proven track record in IT Sales or lead development, with demonstrated skills in opportunity identification, out bound marketing campaigns, pipeline progression, forecasting and management, using CRM systems as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You will need excellent negotiation skills and focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
• A high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, is required to enable you to work in a fast moving and challenging environment.
• You must have native or near native level of Spanish as well as an extensive cultural awareness of Spain.
• You will also need a good level of spoken and written English.
