    Position Overview:
    This role is designed to manage top line volume and value growth through the development of the juice/nectar business in North West Europe & Nordics (NWEN) through local consumer insights and market understanding. And to be the custodian of brand health and reputation at BU level along the global/Europe Group goals and standards.

    Key requirements include


    • Developing a vision and growth strategy for the NWEN juice/nectar business.

    • Lead execution of the  Minute Maid brand in key local markets (Belgium/France), providing brand positionings, consumer engagement materials Coca-Cola International (CCI) and executional support

    • To bring the strategies and programs to life with resonant IMC campaigns, new initiatives and activation platforms - which are consistent across all relevant geographies. This will in turn drive incremental brand consumption, purchasing and ultimately drive brand love.

    • Investigate and evaluate strategic innovation opportunities based on analysis of business opportunities and detailed requirements in each key market

    • Develop strategic investment recommendations for the juice / nectar portfolio

    • Engage relevant stakeholders across the System to align strategic direction for current and future portfolio and initiatives

    • To be an active member of the brand community at European level in identifying consumer insights and creating winning consumer strategies that deliver against consumer and company destination

    • Managing the direct juice team (1x brand manager) and the extended juice team (inc. customer & commercial, demand planning/forecasting, commercialisation etc.)



    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Define a portfolio vision and growth strategy for the NWEN juice/nectar business


    • Establishing insight and commercially based stories to support recommendations and establish key growth drivers

    • Development of a holistic juice/nectars strategy, spanning topline growth opportunities, brand support, supply chain considerations and COGs optimisation

      • Focus on optimisation of brand plans through development of strong commercial and consumer engagement plans



    • Leading cross-team and cross-System teams to co-create solutions and build support and momentum

    • Development of growth strategies, driving scalable ideas

      • Identification of organic growth opportunities, strategic innovation platforms and acquisition opportunities

      • Define and lead innovation pipeline for juice



    • Development of prioritized investment strategies, by country and by brand



    Lead execution of the juice portfolio in each local market, providing brand positionings, consumer engagement materials (CCI) and executional support


    • Establish business plans and 3 year LRP plans for juice in NWEN, aligned with NWEN/distribution (CCE) stakeholders

    • Manage brand DME and proactively provide DME contingency plans to secure delivery of NWEN profit targets

    • Working closely with K&I, ensure all strategies & plans are anchored on solid, locally relevant insights

    Position Overview:
    This role is designed to manage top line volume and value growth through the development of the juice/nectar business in North West Europe & Nordics (NWEN) through local consumer insights and market understanding. And to be the custodian of brand health and reputation at BU level along the global/Europe Group goals and standards.

    Key requirements include


    • Developing a vision and growth strategy for the NWEN juice/nectar business.

    • Lead execution of the  Minute Maid brand in key local markets (Belgium/France), providing brand positionings, consumer engagement materials Coca-Cola International (CCI) and executional support

    • To bring the strategies and programs to life with resonant IMC campaigns, new initiatives and activation platforms - which are consistent across all relevant geographies. This will in turn drive incremental brand consumption, purchasing and ultimately drive brand love.

    • Investigate and evaluate strategic innovation opportunities based on analysis of business opportunities and detailed requirements in each key market

    • Develop strategic investment recommendations for the juice / nectar portfolio

    • Engage relevant stakeholders across the System to align strategic direction for current and future portfolio and initiatives

    • To be an active member of the brand community at European level in identifying consumer insights and creating winning consumer strategies that deliver against consumer and company destination

    • Managing the direct juice team (1x brand manager) and the extended juice team (inc. customer & commercial, demand planning/forecasting, commercialisation etc.)



    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Define a portfolio vision and growth strategy for the NWEN juice/nectar business


    • Establishing insight and commercially based stories to support recommendations and establish key growth drivers

    • Development of a holistic juice/nectars strategy, spanning topline growth opportunities, brand support, supply chain considerations and COGs optimisation

      • Focus on optimisation of brand plans through development of strong commercial and consumer engagement plans



    • Leading cross-team and cross-System teams to co-create solutions and build support and momentum

    • Development of growth strategies, driving scalable ideas

      • Identification of organic growth opportunities, strategic innovation platforms and acquisition opportunities

      • Define and lead innovation pipeline for juice



    • Development of prioritized investment strategies, by country and by brand



    Lead execution of the juice portfolio in each local market, providing brand positionings, consumer engagement materials (CCI) and executional support


    • Establish business plans and 3 year LRP plans for juice in NWEN, aligned with NWEN/distribution (CCE) stakeholders

    • Manage brand DME and proactively provide DME contingency plans to secure delivery of NWEN profit targets

      • Define choices for consumer DMI allocation for the brand



    • Working closely with K&I, ensure all strategies & plans are anchored on solid, locally relevant insights

    • Lead the development of brand & country specific IMCs in close co-operation with the NWEN IMC team

    • Partner with the Franchise Operations team to identify the most relevant volume and value driving local strategies, including OBPPC execution and brand activation. 

    • Influence key System stakeholders to secure prioritisation for each brand (in line with BULT ambition)

    • Personally commit to driving “One Team” behaviors with CCE, EUG, the countries and other core stakeholders



    Lead the NWEN juice team.  Through the team, engage relevant stakeholders across the System to align strategic direction for current and future portfolio and initiatives


    • Establish juice team structure and recruit talent

    • Manage and provide personal development for direct reports

    • To support the relevant charter work across the BU covering the Juice Drinks portfolio

    • To fully participate in the J&JD team, engaging in conversations and contributing to team culture



    ANALYSIS:


    • Requires a self-starter who can lead a relatively new initiative and steward and guide the business unit; collaboratively and cross-functionally problem-solving along the way

    • Requires strategic input into the development of frameworks to develop and craft the platform in a long-term sustainable way



    JUDGMENT AND DECISION MAKING:

    Since the role is charting the course for Still beverages in the Business Unit, the role will possibly work on areas that have not be defined yet; working through solutions with multiple stakeholders and influencing stakeholders within and outside the franchise system without any direct authority. Hence the role will need the presence and gravitas required to be a collaborator and strong influencer.

    INNOVATION:

    Role may involve development of new product platforms etc., and will certainly involve range harmonisation and optimisation.  NPD experience is therefore required, through all stages of the development process – concept development, product and pack development, research and launch planning.
