Description
Managing finance annual and monthly process
- investments (SQP)
-Plan management
- Costs centers management
-accruals preparation
Managing analysis and presentation
-Supporting the GMS head with analysis and presentations
-Providing monthly P&L variance analysis
-Preparing and presenting monthly financial in the executive committee
-Preparing financial for the senior management business review.
-Bringing support to Acquisition and CLM Head of deparment.
-Regular intervention on front of the Senior management
Reporting directly to the head of GMS, he/she will be responsible for providing analysis and decision support, as well as managing all finance areas (SQP, Plans, accruals, monthly R&O).
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of American Express accounting systems (Oracle, TM1,Essbase)
- Financial/ Accounting qualifications
- Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proven ability to present concepts to senior level management
- Reliable, engaged, flexible, reactive
- Proactively raising concerns and identifying opportunities
- Fluent English and French are mandatory
