· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a Field Services role)
· At least 3 additional years of experience in a Field Services managerial role
· Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Applied Sciences, or Engineering is preferred
· Six Sigma training is preferred
· Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
· Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is GE's premier development program for high potential individuals seeking a career in sales and marketing. Essential Responsibilities  

  ECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. The program consists of three, eight-month rotational assignments within the sales and/or marketing segments of a GE business. Rotations provide experiences such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, marketing management, product management, customer and market segmentation, pricing, field sales, and underwriting. The Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) is GE's premier development program for high potential individuals seeking a career in sales and marketing. Essential Responsibilities  

  ECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. The program consists of three, eight-month rotational assignments within the sales and/or marketing segments of a GE business. Rotations provide experiences such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, marketing management, product management, customer and market segmentation, pricing, field sales, and underwriting. To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing seven weeks of in-residence training over the two year program.

ECLP is one of GE's world-famous leadership development programs. To supplement on-the-job learning, program participants will strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of seven weeks of classroom training and in-residence global symposiums. The program is global in scope with participants from the North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), China, Japan, SE Asia, and India. ECLP exposes members to multiple segments within a given GE business. This rotational experience will highlight the diversity that differentiates GE from other companies and will help to accelerate learning. Upon successful completion of the program, ECLP graduates will be considered for key commercial roles in GE. Members may be required to relocate 2-3 times while on program.

Job description
Client Technical Specialists are technical consultants to clients, IBM sales teams and/or IBM Business Partners. They understand the client's business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape. They provide technical sales support which may include: collaborate with IBM sales teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions; deliver Proof of Concept; develop and deliver technical education; support critical situations; design solutions; and answer technical questions. When engaged for a specific opportunity or project, they are responsible for the technical accuracy of the proposed solution.
