Key Skills/Experience Required
1.FDA Registration
- Prepare and verify the documentations for product FDA registration, amendment and renewal of license.
- Submit the FDA application together with food analysis, package and label artwork, formulation and other required documents as well as follow up to obtain the license/approval.
- Align with cross functional team including RA (BU), Marketing, Operation and Procurement for FDA's product registration and importation (if any) including product formula, product samples for lab analysis, artwork for submission, etc.
- Advise Marketing team on FDA regulations/requirements for product registration as well as claims and label declaration.

2.Plant Permits and License
- Regularly engage with IEAT and local authorities of Rayong Province to apply for and maintain effective permit/license/approval as required by laws and regulation.
- Prepare and verify the documentations for factory license and relevant permits/licenses as required by laws and regulations.
- Align with the Plant Manager and Operation Team to ensure compliance with Industrial Laws and Regulations as well as Industrial Standards.

3.Excise Registration
- Assist Government & Regulatory Affairs Manager to proceed the excise transaction registration and to regularly engage the officials at the execution level for smooth ongoing transaction.

4.Research and Information Inquiry
- Monitor and update new food/beverage regulations and relevant information on food/beverage scientific regulation to the Pepsico Beverage business.
- Update global and Thailand regulatory knowledge base, regulatory approval mechanism, and proactively communicate to the relevant parties to achieve the PI target

5.Engagement with the State Authority
- Regularly engage with the central government agencies relating to the beverage business including FDA, Excise Department, Factory Department and Atom Peace.
- Engage with the local authorities where the plants are located on legal compliance including IEAT, Area Excise Rayong 2 and FDA Rayong.






Key Skills/Experience Required
- Science or Food Science education (Bachelor or higher)
- A minimum 3 year experience in handling (FMCG) product registration with FDA is required.
- Working experience in beverage industry will be advantage.
- Thai and English proficiency are required.
- Good command of computer skill is preferred.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, highly responsible and team spirit are required

This position provides technical solutions leadership and support for the region commercial team for the Distributed Power business in the Mekong Region. This leader will be responsible for early promotion and development of optimal technical and economic value solutions for all Distributed Power offerings, increasing customer and market awareness and enabling Distributed Power to meet region and segment growth objectives.
The essential responsibilities of this role include
  • Providing proactive technical support to the regional commercial team in the Mekong Region
  • Lead the development of technical solutions for customers in the region
  • Establish key relationships with consulting engineers, end users and governments’ commercial liaison to promote the use of GE Products and Services in their specifications
  • Support the regional sales teams upfront in the proposal process to determine best technology applications and solutions for customers’ on-site power
  • Provide field applications engineering and economic analysis support to the regional sales teams to assist with early influence of product selection, cycle configuration, and competitive assessments for Distributed Power transactions in the region
  • Lead technical efforts in early promotion of Distributed Power solutions through relationships with customers, EPC’s, Owners Engineers and other industry stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership in selling the Distributed Power value story via SOA presentations, technical papers and other regional industry specific venues
  • Coordinate with potential customers by conducting site visits to assess potential application for the Distributed Power products
  • Share knowledge of customer inquiries and project requirements with the applications engineering team to ensure optimal scope of supply and performance is bid in the sales proposals
  • Work closely with the Product Lines, Global Projects Organization, Power Generation Products and GGO teams in the region to share knowledge and ensure GE is offering the optimal solution to customers
  • Provide technical support for the promotion and sale of gas turbines and gas engines via non-GE Distributed Power channels-to-market
  • Provide technical training of gas turbines and gas engines for the region’s commercial teams and channels-to-market
  • Plays a critical role in working with the Verticals team to develop solutions for new vertical opportunities and to provide key technical selling to drive specification
  • Be responsible for supporting the region in developing technical solutions covering all of the GE DP product lines such as Aero, Jenbacher and Waukesha
  • Proactively promote and position GE early in the project phase to create value and influence upstream

    • At least 7 years experience in server, storage, or software engineering, Knowledge of operating systems or components, including Unix, Windows, and Linux  Knowledge of server and storage architecture, including high-availability,
    • At least 4 years experience in virtualization system, including VMWare, Database System such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2, Knowledge of Common web protocols, such as HTTP, HTTPS, SOAP, etc
    • At least 4 years experience in Web service solutions such as WebSphere or Web Logic  Ability to quickly learn and understand the clients’ business.  Proficient in software and system development methodologies and possesses
    • English: Fluent
