| Job description |
| The Business Continuity and Resiliency Services Sales
Specialist, executes sales leadership and exhibits proficiency in
identifying, qualifying and/or closing large/complex business and IT
solution opportunities, as well as mid-market opportunities to SMB
clients. These opportunities lead with high value services such as
Consulting Service offerings or consultative services, aggregate the
sale of all IBM offerings (including all hardware, software and
services) around those service opportunities. Demonstrates
organizational, business and professional skills and supports efforts to
bring the appropriate solution to closure. Takes direction from the
appropriate IBM leaders, as designated in the detailed description, and
drives IBM's efforts to become the premier solutions provider.
Responsibilities: • Understands and navigates IBM to identify and
acquire critical resources needed to develop the best solution for the
client. • Maintains strong relationships with executives and influencers
in the IT and Line of Business organizations in assigned accounts. •
Thoroughly understand and apply IBM strategies and offerings for ITS,
with deep knowledge of the offerings in the assigned ITS Service Line or
Service Area. • Is aware of IBM’s methods and models used in the
solution and can articulate their value to the client. • Understands the
competition and develops and executes a winning sales strategy. |
Required
- At least 6 years experience in IT Solutions and Services Sales, experienced in Business Continuity Services and Solution sales;
- English: Fluent
