CIO Program Manager will need to have good organizational, communication, presentation and leadership skills, in addition he/she will need to work a flexible schedule in order to communicate with the WW ServicePac business and IT teams.

CIO Program Manager should have the ability to prepare presentations and present project statuses to the business teams as well as CIO management. CIO Program Manager will need to become a subject matter expert (SME) on the end-to-end WW ServicePac legacy process, as well as gain an understanding of the ServicePac solutions in the countries not on the standard process, as well as the Blue Harmony process.

CIO Program Manager will need to lead the investigation and root cause analysis on process and business key issues related to ServicePacs in Blue Harmony and legacy, and then lead the resources and tasks to a swift resolution. CIO Program Manager will need to provide a monthly report to CIO Director regarding the status of the ServicePac implementation in Blue Harmony, as well as provide an update on the legacy ServicePac project activities.

CIO Program Manager will also need to lead the annual fall plan development activities for the ServicePac suite of applications managed by the CIO (SPST, SPRT, SPV, and the robots) and interface with the run team on the ongoing support funding requirements. CIO Program Manager will need to lead meetings with key focals, and project manage the activities and tasks needed to board new Europeon countries onto Blue Harmony with relation to ServicePacs.

Examples of activities include: providing direction to the BH WWSPCOC team on the set-up of new ServicePac types in Blue Harmony, interface with SPST PM on the loading of the parts to EACM and interfacing with the testing leads to ensure proper testing, as well as managing new requirements and solutions with the Blue Harmony key focals and the ServicePac business. CIO Program Manager will also need to lead and coordinate activities between the geography ServicePac support team and the SPRT PDTL regarding the shut-down of the legacy ServicePac process and the migration of ServicePacs to Blue Harmony.CIO Program Manager will also need to work with CIO strategy/process focal to provide guidance and direction to other Geography leads and project managers on the tasks needed to board the AP, Latin America, US and Canada countries on Blue Harmony with regards to ServicePacs.Future CIO Program Manager responsibilities will be to provide strategy and IT direction to the WW ServicePac business owner and geography offering managers, geography business leads, the CIO director and the strategy/process focal with regards to the future of the ServicePac brand and the implementation of solutions for same. For example, providing IT direction and guidance for the best way to implement a new ServicePac offering in Blue Harmony or legacy, as well as providing IT direction and guidance for divestitures which involve the ServicePac brand.
