You will work to create solutions which are tailored to each client’s business needs and integrate the Kenexa-IBM brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition. In this role, it is essential that you are able to apply industry-specific knowledge and experience to bring new business and commercial HCM insights to assigned clients. The Specialty Sales Rep will be responsible for developing and expanding business in designated territories. Responsibilities: against quota – Success will come in the form of regular closing and managing a large pipeline of new business signings (bookings) revenue targets Direct mail, seminars, networking with third party business partners, cold call from lead lists, regular follow-up from existing customer database, and being able to extract lead lists independently (newspapers, literature, web sites) settings sell integrity We are looking for someone who has a high level of credibility as you will be out meeting with senior stakeholders and representing Kenexa IBM. You will be a self-starter, have a sound knowledge of the market and ideally have your own book of contacts, be independent but also able to work as part of a larger team, know how to navigate a corporate business (externally and internally) and be able to know and understand a variety of cultures. The candidate will ideally be located in Poland, Russia or Turkey or be ready to relocate to one of the listed countries. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
