The Role Due to continued success, business growth and expansion we are looking to add experienced SO Inside Project Executive professionals to our successful international sales teams in Dublin. As an IBM iPE you will to drive SO contract governance and influence revenue and profit generation with a defined client set based in Spain. You will specialise and have expertise in SO project execution and will benefit from extensive education and training to build your long lasting internationally focused dynamic career, with one of the world’s largest IT companies and most recognised brands. Principal Responsibilities: • You will be expected to grow IBM’s strategic outsourcing (SO) market share by maintaining agreed contract revenue and profit targets and driving new sales opportunities through up-selling and cross selling. • Be the primary focal point and owner for all account/contract activities, through focused professional contract management and ensuring client expectations are clearly set and met. • Timely, progression of new sales prospects, coming to you in the form of either inbound leads, client requests and through your own opportunity identification. • Build effective, strategic and productive business relationships with key decision makers within the client organisation. • Build and maintain a robust business execution plan for your assigned sales territory including accurate sales forecasting, opportunity management and account information. • Conduct negotiations with clients to drive lasting agreements and commitments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Co-ordinate and collaborate with IBM’s strategic Business Partners and extended IBM sales teams on your sales territory. • Must importantly you will need to act as a trusted advisor to your clients by helping to influence their decisions through your guidance and expertise. Qualification and Experience • 3+years of a proven track record in IT / SO sales, with demonstrated skills in sales pipeline process, forecasting and management, using CRM systems as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. • Negotiation Skills and focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, so that you will have the ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment. • You must have native or near native level of Spanish as well as an extensive cultural awareness of Spain. • You will also need a good level of spoken and written English.
