You will work on an award-winning product that helps our customers to: manage leads and customers; provide custom marketing campaigns; and finally, sell their products online. Responsibilities Include:

• Act as a technical subject matter expert, looking for continuous improvements.
• Ensure platform strategy aligns with overall product vision and business goals.
• Work in a collaborative and agile team environment to produce AMAZING software.
• Implement both new features and bug fixes. Own the solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS CS
• 5+ Years in Java Software Development
• Development experience with Core APIs and Frameworks, to include a solid understanding of the Java Programming Language, data structures and algorithms.
• A solid understanding of design patterns and service-oriented architectures.
• A work hard / play hard attitude that will flourish in an open, collaborative, development environment.
• Excellent coding skills and object-oriented programming knowledge, with a focus on quality.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Has developed multiple high-performance web services with high-consumption patterns.
• Worked with multiple service-oriented protocols, with an understanding of the best practices in the industry.
• A ‘platform-mindset' that has translated into successful work experience, enabling strategic integrations across diverse technology stacks.
• An understanding of Single-Sign On strategies, preferably with some hands-on CAS experience.
• Experience working with and/or knowledge of Mashery.
• Experience with multiples of the following: Spring Framework, Message Queues, Rules Engines, Hibernate, MySQL, SOAP, XML-RPC, REST, JSON, Struts, Javascript, Workflow Engines, other platform technologies.
• Agile development experience with Scrum and XP practices.
• Work experience with: Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Maven, SVN, Fisheye, Cobertura.
