Job: DRIVER [MERIDIAN PRIVATE HOME CARE], #726794

Shift:   Day Status:   Per Diem Location:   Meridian At Home City:   Wall
Description: Drive MAH vehicle to transport team members to and from patients' residences and health care facilities in a timely manner. Assists team members with any bags in and out of the vehicle. Transports potential team members from train/bus station to/from interviews and Occupational Health in a timely manner. Delivers supplies, mail or equipment when needed to team members in patients home or in health care facilities. Also delivers any materials needed for CHHHA classes to and from MAH offices. Prepares reports of mileage traveled, gasoline used, number of team members transoported and any unusual incidents. Required information is reported to superisor on a daily basis and in an effective manner. Refuels, cleans and checks vehicle for required servicing and repairs. Minimum of two weekends per month required. Requirements: [Minimum education] High School graduate or equivilent preferred. [Desired education] [Minimum work experience] Previous driving experience mandatory. [Desired work experience] One year consistant documented work history. [Required licenses/certifications] Valide NJ Drivers License and clean record mandatory.
