| To Manage and deliver the OTR Project Execution stage of (Water) Engineered Systems orders, modifications to existing jobsites and other project categories as assigned by the Project Team Leader. | |
| To
act as the main customer contact and relationship focus, working under
the principles of Integrity, Project Management, Lean and Six Sigma.
To effectively manage all financials, schedules and deliverables according to the Project Mandate, utilising the assigned Project Team assembled from other Functions and Departments. To accurately report Project status using the relevant tools according to the GE ISO Procedures (QMS) for Project Management and local EMEA practice. To work with and assist the ITO, Engineering, PSI and Sourcing teams in evaluating customer specifications either in project execution or the development of proposals where directed. To assist in the training of peers and development of existing GE Water & Process Technologies design standards, procedures and best practice where requested, incorporating Lessons Learned analysis throughout. To actively seek and execute Change Order opportunities and drive the benefits of material cost productivity activities into design and costing. | |
| • B.Eng., B.Sc. or higher in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or another suitable discipline.
• Project Management experience (preferably PMBOK or Prince2 qualified). • 5+ years of relevant process experience in water, wastewater and process applications using membrane and conventional technologies. • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Russian. • Able to use Project Management software such as Primavera P6. • Knowledge of relevant ERP systems, especially SAP Project Systems. • Export Controls and Shipping compliance experience. • Compliance with all local laws, EHS and GE Policies. • Excellent organizational integration, interpersonal, communication and written skills. • Program and/or project leadership experience of multifunctional teams. • Accomplishments that reflect boundary-less behavior, teamwork, integrity, accountability and speed. • Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight or for an agreed extended period when required. | |
| • Previous experience with chemical/water processes, large engineering projects and EPC contractors would be desirable.
• Six-Sigma Green Belt certification would desirable. |
