Job Summary: Perform RF design, optimization and other RF related service activities for wireless networks (GSM and WCDMA). He should be familiar with RF  Basics , RF parameters and Radio features for GSM and WCDMA. Able to work independently in performing activities. Should be able to communicate and handle Local and Foreign Customer. Should be open to relocate Local or abroad as per Project requirement.  Responsibilities and Tasks: •    Radio Network Planning for New and Existing Network according to various RF design guidelines. •    Site Selection for Radio Network Design, which includes for New towns, Market Filling & Capacity Sites for both Macro cells & Micro Cells •    Traffic analysis of network and implement capacity enhancement plan. •    Conduct WCDMA/HSDPA/GSM Radio Network performance daily monitoring •    2G and 3G capacity analysis and should be able to predict capacity enhancements as and when required. •    Capacity check and utilization monitoring for different interfaces and resources (Iub utilization, Power utilization, Code utilization, channel element utilization, MP load •    Conduct detail parameter optimization of 2G & 3G RF Network. •    Conduct Network database audits & consistency checks. •    Reviews and approve the site audit reports when team facing with some technical issues    Qualifications  Core Competences: He should be highly competent in GSM and WCDMA Technologies wrt RF Design and Optimization activities. Should have hands on experience on various design and optimization tools as stated above. He should be having good communication skill with Customer handling experience. Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements: B-Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication with 6-9 years of experience in GSM and WCDMA RF domain.
