| Assist with the planning, budgeting, resource allocation,
design, development, and delivery of projects. Collaborate with business
leaders, executives, peer project managers, SMEs, and business users on
full life cycle engagements. Manages one or more complex projects to deliver the agreed functionality within the specified time frames and budget in accordance with the guidelines, standards and procedures defined by CEEWA Identifies the skills and abilities required to successfully complete the project, assigning staff to project tasks and managing their performance against those tasks throughout the project Identifies opportunities, develops and implements mechanisms to improve the project management practice and development methodologies within CEEWA Identifies opportunities to ensure highest quality in all deliverables and continuous improvement in the delivery of applications or services. Develops and manages project budgets to ensure the effective and efficient use of company resources. Technical Skills: Demonstrated project management and project leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage project budget and resources. Capable of using of project planning tools, and in all facets of project reporting. Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels and communicate effectively with clients, developers and managers Ability to prioritize amongst a large number of requirements Performance Skills: Team building Leadership/management judgment Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Contribution/Leadership: Understands IBM Business Unit Strategy and applies this knowledge to the delivery of services in support of the customer's environment. Exhibits leadership qualities interacting with individuals, teams, Lead PM's, and customers, as needed. Engages in teamwork and able to provide some direction / assistance to team members, other PM's, suppliers and subcontractors. Works with Lead PM / Customers, vendors / suppliers, and subcontractors in support of business opportunities. Able to identify the need for resources and works with the appropriate IBM organizations / management to acquire needed resources.
