This role has business partner and management responsibilities including developing, managing, implementing, and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives. This includes developing strong business relationships with the executive management and client group; developing and driving the people strategy for the business; analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions; and driving and supporting cross-group and cross-region client and HR initiatives. Key Accountabilities: - Drive WW Segment people strategy into the Area - Integrate people strategy with Area strategy and deliver Segment specific initiatives for the subs/countries - Executes talent/people planning & movement in partnership with the Area Segment Lead, Country HRMs and Corp Segment HR, and in alignment with the area people strategy (owned by Client Aligned HR) - Deliver HR related communications coming from WW Segment to local workforce (Business Strategy, Segment News, People related programs) - Owns the execution of the ROB for HR in partnership with the Area HQ Segment Leader and team - Coordinates the Segment People Reviews for the region in partnership with the Area Segment Lead and in alignment with the Org HRMs - Delivers components of country level HR Management for their Segment (Resource for Country HRMs) - Supports country HR in Segment specific employee relations cases - Member of the Extended Area HRLT - Owns cross Area projects as appropriate Skills and Qualifications - Demonstrated success in managing HR Programs in a complex, matrix, and global business environment - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Ability to demonstrate proven success in direct and indirect influencing of teams. - Strong knowledge of HR tools and good analytical & reporting abilities - Strong project management and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Strong organizing skills. Good time management. Attention to detail. - At ease working with senior leaders - Demonstrated ability to partner across HR to deliver effective business solutions - Depth of experience with delivery of HR Programs and Processes, driving a consistent Rhythm of the Business (ROB) Education and Experience Education Level Required: BS/BA degree required, MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred Years of Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant work experience This role is good for a strong HR Manager to build a deeper client specialism and is targeted towards providing a broad view of the Area Segment business, the role brings the opportunity to learn new skills delivering across the Area and partnering deeply with Time zone & Corporate Segment HR.
