    Work in multiple facets of property tax focusing on assessing and disbursements, meeting multiple deadlines, understanding jurisdictional filing requirements and working in a fast paced dynamic environment. Team focused environment with skills needed in data analysis, research and direction provided by team leader.
    Execute routine daily deliverables related to sales or property tax. Gather documentation within defined timelines. Assist team with data requests from out-sourced tax service providers or auditors. Perform timely resolution of all support central cases. Takes direction from team leader.
    Basic Requirements:
  • Professional hire with college degree and minimum 2 years of accounting, finance, or tax experience or significant relevant experience.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be willing to travel 5% of the time.
  • Must be willing to work out of an office in Billings, MT.

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Awareness of how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
