DESCRIPTION
& REQUIREMENTS:
|
Position Overview:
- To lead cross functional and
agency teams to bring strategic initiatives to life with locally
resonant IMC campaigns (which are consistent across all relevant
geographies). These initiatives must drive incremental brand
consumption, purchasing and ultimately drive brand love.
- Be the champion for the
Coca-Cola Zero brand throughout the North West Europe & Nordics
(NWEN) BU: passionate about the brand goals, collaborative partner
to the market activation teams, be fluent in the key brand diagnostics
and metrics, identify business/brand/consumer opportunities that will
strengthen the brand plans.
- Work with K&I (shopper
& consumer) to develop local market insights, to ensure these
strategies and plans are as consistent as possible across all
geographies, and are highly resonant with consumers at a local level.
These activity plans will require system alignment for successful
implementation in our markets through our operations groups.
- LRP & ABP: be part of the
brand team in the strategic planning cycles, to contribute relevant
content/data, that will help identify the key growth drivers and deliver
long term sustainable profitable growth.
- Be a collaborative partner
within Coca-Cola Zero EUG & Global Community – sharing plans,
importing/exporting good ideas where relevant.
KEYDUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be an integrated member of
the Coca-Cola TM team, working collaboratively with Coca-Cola and
Coca-Cola Light teams to integrate plans across the Coca-Cola TM where
necessary.
- Project manage cross
functional teams to deliver IMC programmes, new packaging/VIS/NPD to
markets, on time in full.
- Run brand performance
trackers (consumer, shopper & business metrics), measure performance
against KBI’s, communicate highlights/issues, share learning, put in
place contingencies/ actions where necessary
- To provide thought leadership
and develop local market insight to ensure strategies and plans that are
as consistent as possible across all & geographies and are highly
resonant with consumers at a local level.
- Be an integrated member
within the European and Global community, to identify consumer insights
that help to create winning consumer strategies that deliver against
consumer and company destination.
- Great communication &
leadership of all NWEN Franchise Operation teams to ensure effective
execution of strategy in the marketplace
- Personally commit to
“One team” behaviour and foster collaborative working relationships with
all stakeholders– our bottling partner Coca Cola Enterprises, the IMC
team , our agency partners and Global/European teams
- Work with business
development teams to develop channel insights to drive volume and
profit.
RELATED JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in management of
significant FMCG brands and experience at international level.
Experience in brand development,
communications & strategies.
Open minded, eager to understand
other cultures.
Ability in mastering key IT
applications ( Webex, video conference , …)
