DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:

Position Overview:
- Consulted as part of the Global Compensation, Benefits,
and Mobility CoE team in the development of global strategies for
benefits. Accountable for soliciting input from the business units
(management and HR), understanding local business needs and understanding
the local market environments to ensure the global benefits strategy is
adapted to the needs of the business.
- Responsible for the execution of the global benefits
strategy in this geography by designing regional/local solutions adapted
to the business needs and local legal/statutory requirements, and
consistent with our strategy
- Responsible for the detailed design of global or local
benefits plans, programs and projects as assigned as part of annual
business planning process. As part of the Global Benefits team this may
involve participation in projects outside of this geography.
- Consulted in the creation of global benefits
policies. Responsible for developing local benefits policies
- Consulted in the creation of the global governance
model for benefits. Responsible for governance of local benefits
plans for this geography, in partnership with Global Benefits team and GBS
HR Operations.
- Responsible for partnering with GBS HR Operations to
ensure the end-to-end execution and delivery of benefits processes in this
geography, in line with Operating Level Agreements.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with GBS HR Operations to execute newly
designed, global processes for benefits to transition to future state HR
organization and to enable the HR service delivery model.
- Ensure on an on-going basis that benefits solutions are
implemented and executed in a manner that sustains the HR service delivery
model.
- Work with Global Benefits Director and team to
understand the global benefits processes, ensure that legal and statutory
issues are addressed through the process design and governance, support
management on global processes, and support – where appropriate – GBS HR
Operations in the day-to-day delivery and execution of benefits processes
in line with Operating Level Agreements.
- Work with Eurasia Africa and Europe Compensation,
Benefits and Mobility CoE to execute strategy and implement benefit
designs in order to meet the business needs.
- Consult with leaders (HR and management) to understand
root cause of business issues, identify where the CoE could play a role in
providing solutions, use these insights as input to the creation and
development of global benefits strategy and implement the global strategy
locally in a manner that is relevant and consistent, and adapted to the
local market.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of local and regional
benefit programs to ensure they are relevant. Design and implement
necessary changes or improvements.
- Actively participate in the Eurasia Africa and Europe
Compensation, Benefits and Mobility CoE team in this geography, and the
Global Benefits team.
ORGANIZATION IMPACT/ INFLUENCE:
- Work with Global Compensation, Benefits and Mobility
Director for Eurasia Africa and Europe; Global Benefits Director; BU and
Group Function management; and HR leadership to identify issues/opportunities,
provide end-to-end solutions, recommend alternatives, implement solutions,
etc
- Network with industry specialists outside the Company
in order to keep the pulse on current and future trends in the industry
and to grow and develop in area of expertise
- Network within the HR function throughout the Company
to ensure sharing of best practices, cross fertilization of ideas and
solutions and for personal development
- Create relationships at bottlers, customers and
suppliers at appropriate levels in the organization to strengthen ties in
the System
- Understand the legal environment in the geography and
how this impacts the business and benefits programs. Participate in
appropriate external benefits organizations to remain current on trends and
issues
- Be aware of and understand regional trends in benefits
and be able to identify implications for the geography
- Ability to partner with other organizations within HR
and across KO (for example, GBS HR Operations, Finance, Legal, CIPAC,
etc.) in order to fulfil job requirements
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- No direct people management expected at this time
- As part of Global CoE, will be required to lead and
manage virtual projects and teams (cross functional and/or multiple
geography)
