Essential Responsibilities	Understands overall business strategy in the region and proactively drives initiatives to meet business and team objectives; Develops and owns an individual work plan aligned with team goals & objectives and meet day-to-day short-term targets; Drives key sourcing metrics (total cost reduction, savings, YoY deflation, productivity, value added services) through effective negotiations and projects execution; Resolves issues through immediate action or short-term planning; Lead work on contracts (including drafting), ensures cross-functional review and approvals; Tracks Contracts, Purchase Orders, and supplier performance (delivery, effective recovery plans; payment tracking, invoice analysis); Identifies new suppliers, supports selection and qualification of new suppliers; Assesses supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability; Drives rationalization and optimization of purchases / supply base; Implement GE sourcing & compliance practices (including region specific processes).
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor's degree – Finance/Business, Engineering; Minimum of 3+ years of sourcing experience (identifying opportunities, negotiating, selecting suppliers, contracts implementation); Strong project management skills, accountability; Fluent Russian and English (verbal and written); Strong communication & interpersonal skills; Team player, able to work in diverse international and cross-functional environment; Strong knowledge of logistics & inventory; Capability to build comprehensive sourcing documents (e.g., RFI / RFP / SOW); Basic knowledge of international trade law, deep understanding of key Terms and Conditions specific to purchasing; Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
