EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Perform consulting tasks within project implementations in SAP CRM Solutions, for national/international customers, acting as knowledge peers within SAP, partners and customer teams
- Deploy pre-engineered and assemble-to-order delivery principles to reduce customers Total Cost of Investment
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems in respect of SAP Standard functionality and startegy
- Responsible for the successful implementation of the SAP CRM solutions with high levels of Customer Satisfaction, including the provision of functional expertise, guidance and instruction to clients
- Support Software and Services Sales, business development, solution innovation, engineered services and RDS creation, project re-engineering and execution of business assessments to map customer requirements to the solution
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to proactively position SAP solutions and services; provide thought leadership to drive customer value
- Troubleshoot customer issues by investigating, analyzing and solving software problems; manage risks through proactive engagements and adoption of SAP quality assurance methodologies; provide subject matter expertise support in case of escalations
- Drive knowledge management initiatives to enable the global community of practitioners to effectively collaborate, harvest reusable content and share best practices
WORK EXPERIENCE
- A proven track record of 8- 10 years of SAP implementation experience with CRM and ECC-SD solutions in a variety of industries, and in a customer facing role with large and/or multi-national organizations
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management or equivalent.
- Extensive CRM process background and extraordinary customer orientation
- High commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Proven track of successful project/product performance regarding customer satisfaction, quality deliverables and in time delivery
- Proficient knowledge on some of the following SAP CRM areas: CRM Sales, CRM Service, CRM Marketing, CRM Analytics, ECC Sales (SD)
- Strong Methodology & Business Process Management knowledge, e.g. BPM, BTM2, ASAP, etc.
- Experience in engineering projects with international components in collaboration with Custom Development and Global Delivery
- Adept at handling project communications, capable of having c-level interactions and engaging with senior management stakeholders to manage expectations and propose value-based offerings
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to comprehend business requirements and create a strong value proposition for the proposed solution architecture
- Global mobility and willingness to move on short-term notice (to conduct feasibility studies, POC and RFP support and pre-sales activities on a global scale)
- Fluent in Italian and English (at business level).Travel availability is required for this position
