- Actively contributes to the enhancement of sales and business operations processes covering forecast, demand management, applications, data, reporting, field engagement and project/change management.
- Manages smaller projects and develops timelines & plans and works with cross functional team teams (virtual or otherwise) to best meet the needs of the business.
- Contributes to flawless execution to meet project expectations & deadlines in support of Business Operations priorities including Customer Satisfaction, Reference Programs, Decision Support, reporting initiatives and field enablement.
- Builds relationships with teams in the department, unit, board area and SAP-wide to facilitate support and alignment for ramp up projects, sales effectiveness enhancement processes, and acts as communication channel.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
STRATEGY TO EXECUTION
- Supports development of sales and operations strategy, understand priorities executes operational plans.
- Monitoring of specific goals, objectives through KPIs and metrics.
- Coordinate program/projects management activities through cross functional teams.
- Best practice sharing of operational process through HUB and regional information exchange. PROCESS DEFINITION & ENHANCEMENT
- Contribute to process definition and rollout.
- Provide process guidelines, standards, methods & tools.
- Ensure continuous process and quality improvements.
- Monitor process compliance and compliance to SAP-wide standards.
- Contribute to execution of plans for enablement of field representatives. DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS
- Ad-hoc issue management and escalation.
- Execution of periodic reports and creation of new reporting functionality.
- Actively engage in planning meetings, and overall coordination of project management activities (meetings, schedule, rooms, communication).
- Prioritize activities based on field requirements.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5 - year of professional working experience
- Experience working within operations related fields is an advantage
