Job description

Product Coordinator is an onsite person located full time in customer Office in Zurich. He or She organizes and manages the delivery team and keeps track of important deliverables such as KPI reports, managing shift/resource plans and knowledge transfer to Delivery Team etc. He or She will hold a strong relationship with the lead architect-engineer(s) and the architecture engineering heads in order to ensure the high quality of the delivered services. This role is a part time job and the remaining time the Product Coordinator will work as Middleware administrator. The member of this role is part of the level 2 team and plays a key role in administrating the full stack of Middleware Infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: - configure, maintain and provide 2nd level support of WebSphere Application Server infrastructure - ensure high availability of Middleware infrastructure (application servers, messaging engines, proxy servers, integration layers) - analyze issues in the Middleware infrastructure - communicate with other teams and the client Technical skills: - experience in administrating at least one of the following application servers: Web-Sphere Application Server, Tomcat, Weblogic Server, Jboss - understanding of JEE technologies JAAS / JDBC / JMX / JMS - operating Linux/Solaris/Windows systems - SQL, XML, - advanced written and spoken knowledge of English Optional skills: - administration of iPlanet Web/Application Server, SunOne Web/Application Server, Microsoft IIS, IBM WebSphere Process Server, IBM MQ, IBM Datapower, Apache - TIBCO iProcess, TIBCO BPM, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, - JAVA/C/C++/Jython/JACL programing - Servlet/JSP/EJB (session, entity and message driven beans) - WebServices, XML, WSDL, Kerberos, LTPA Additional Benefits: · Trainings and certifications · Working on international projects in multicultural teams · Real possibilities of self-development and promotion · Annual bonus for the most engaged and successful employees · Good to be an IBMer discounts · Cinema & trips for IBMers · Languages classes (free of charge) · Summer camps for children · Private medical package and insurance package · Multisport Card
