the day to day activity of the Regional Clinical Education Specialists
required to meet the customer demands in your region.
Closely liaise with OTR (Order to Remittance), Sales, Service to ensure all Clinical Education requests are included within the Clinical Education Resource Management process. Track all activity through Maestro and specific Clinical Education reporting tools. Support the necessary Customer logistics required for the delivery of Clinical Education within your region including Customer Classroom and Doctor to Doctor training. Management of all customer registration using telephone, email, written. Maintain records of attendance and performance statistics using PowerPoint, Excel, specific tools When requested Provide Telesales Support follow up direct with customer leads for the Education Business from the field Sales, Service, Clinical Education Specialists providing pricing and scheduling information. Create and track invoices either through MUST or specific tracking tools. Comply w/ EHS regulations & GEMS requirements. Be involved in EHS activities to contribute for safer working conditions, protect your Health & Safety as well as the one of other workers, the public & the environment. | |
| Excellent administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communications skills with customers, face to face, telephone. Strong systems knowledge and experience in the MUST structure.
