Role Summary/Purpose	The main purpose of GOF FP&A Leader is to develop financial awareness among the countries staff, as well as ensuring optimal financial performance by delivering tools and conducting analysis that lead into effective counseling and constant feedback of the business financials. The role is key to constant and effective business growth.
Essential Responsibilities	The following responsibilities and duties apply for the following countries: Mexico (GG&O, GOF), Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile, Brazil & Venezuela (GOF)  Formulate the financial budgets and estimates along with the executive members of the business.  Coordinate & consolidate plans and direct financial performance review for GOF in Latam region.  Track the variances of the budget on a monthly basis and follows up on budget related issues.  Collaborate within the Operations Review meetings.  Collaborate with the HR area in the planning, quantification, and detailed review of human resources (both headcount/interns and contractors).  OM Margin Review & follow up for all GBSAAA Mexico & Latam LE’s  Direct and collaborate preparation of financial information packages, including P&L’s at business level & product level.  Develop resources allocation plans.  Create recommendations on identified cost saving strategies.  Monitor and reviews the execution of financial plans.  Conduct analysis on P&L accounts to identify trends on costs & revenues and unusual items.
