Develop a coordinated strategy across all GE business platforms for driving growth by conducting market research, analyzing and segmenting markets, identifying growth opportunities, establishing priorities, and driving execution.

Facilitate and coordinate Enterprise selling and cross business selling, providing business processes and forums for sales representatives to identify and integrate cross-selling opportunities

Identify and scope Business Development and venture capital opportunities for GE
Build enduring relationships with key customers to provide them with integrated access to GE solutions, including products, services, financing and ACFC

Develop and drive execution of the Korean growth playbook by conducting market research, analyzing and segmenting markets, identifying growth opportunities, and establishing priorities

Deliver on revenue and order commitments and growth forecasts, both on an annual and multi-year basis.
-Ten to twenty years of highly successful experience in Consulting / Marketing / Market Development roles be a seasoned and highly successful B2B marketing and sales executive, and/or consulting professional
Advanced degree or equivalent experience. Engineering and/or MBA Preferred
Deep and contemporary understanding of market research and analytics, segmenting markets and positioning with customers
Financial astute and able to look strategically at market opportunities
Strong communications and presentation skills. Adept at getting the attention and involvement of the most sophisticated and difficult audiences
Build strong customer relationships and is an expert on customer, competitive, and market information
Consistently identify new sources of business and growth placing primary importance on the customer and their CTQ's
Track record of supporting customer-oriented practices that foster customer loyalty and anticipate changes in customer needs. Understands markets, effective distribution channels, and the vast interplay of individual and market forces that affect customer behavior
Assesses market trends, economic indicators, and competitive information to determine strategies for segmenting the market, and expertly devises and drives complex marketing plans involving multiple GE businesses
Coordinates communications, meetings, and activities while handling dependencies among diverse businesses
Strong influencing skills
