| 1) To support RESO VN: Physical site inspection for Hochiminh S&D office and data center (Since RESO manager is located in Hanoi, which is 2 hours flight far away, If RESO manager travel there one per month for site inspection and supervise/ check JLL service, it would cost USD6000/ year). Coordinating with BU, JLL and IBM vendors to respond to day to day site operation related issues for 5 IBM offices (in Hanoi: S&D office, lenovo service center. Hochiminh City: S&D office and data center; and Geo expansion in Danang City). She is working as RESO adm to provide adm support to VN RESO such as raising all bond carts for RESO and manage IPVN checklists as well as supporting documents for all Site Operation related matters for audit readiness. Ensuring SLA document as per IBM contract with JLL to complete ontime Coordinate with IHS, RESO manager and follow up with JLL to ensure IBM office to comply with safety requirement. Managing RESO stationary usage for meeting rooms, and printers. Support RESO manager to supervise D&C work which would happen in Hochiminh City. Support other BUs by coordinating with HR to support them to raise bond cart on their behalf for drinking water and manage stationary for all site. Provide other support to RESO management team when required. 2) To Support RESO Thailand Raising all bond cart upon requesting by country RESO manager, Managing all POs ( JLL and other) ensuring IPVN checklist has been performed and available for audit, raising APU request ( if any). Coordinating with JLL to follow up to ensure SLA document are in place. Following up to ensure all Site Operation issues are closed and do escalation on time. Coordinate with IHS, RESO manager and follow up with JLL to ensure IBM office to comply with safety requirement Provide other support to RESO management team when required | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
