Key services offered include: Command Center Services (includes remote monitoring of servers located worldwide from India, Security operations and network operations), Server Systems Management, IT Security Services, IT Service Desk, Service Management & Project Management/ Transition Services Job Description : At least 7 years Mainframe experience as an IMS and DB2 systems administrator working on a mainframe platform Extensive technical knowledge of at least one of the mentioned mainframe subsystems with expertise in building, configuring, tuning infrastructure in a highly available & secure environment. Knowledge of SMP/E and proven experience of mainframe software upgrades. Experience with IBM, CA, BMC or Compuware toolsets for managing DB2 or IMS Knowledge of installing & tuning monitoring tools, eg. Omegamon, Mainview Familiarity with RACF security products with ability to design optimal security solutions for subsystems and applications. Performing end to end subsystem and application diagnostics Desirable: Experience with one or more of MQ, z/OS or Websphere Application Server. Total years of Experience: 7 to 8 Skill Required: Knowledge of SMP/E and proven experience of mainframe software upgrades.
