| BOP Job Description Responsibility 1. Inventory & Expense management : reporting, analyzing and forecasting • Keep track of latest forecast / outlook • Develop variance analysis against budget, actual and forecast • Provide accrual and timely report with actual, forecast/ outlook • Participate in the monthly review lead by AP team • Prepare yearly FCP to support business stratagem • Create queries from DB2 tables based on business requirement 2. Provide financial support to accounting on the performance reporting 3. Interface with country TSS, SPO and E2E planning for process changes and execution 4. Participate AP Business Ops project to drive common processes 5. Provide support to automate the process flow 6. Ensure Reporting/Booking Accuracy 7. Support Add Hoc Project/work for region TSS/SPO Requirements 1. Education • Bachelor degree or above • Three Years or above job commitment required 2. Languages • Fluent in both English speaking and writing 3. Working Experience • Experience in accounting or finance is preferred • Experience in IBM accounting or finance is preferable • Experience in supply chain/ logistic is plus 4. Skills • Business analysis skill • Problem solving skill • Strong communication skill • Ability to work effectively with management team • Ability to work independently with creative thinking Brio, database skill while not mandatory will be strong plus | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
