1. Master degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, investment, property, etc.
2. Track record of investment management and programs development with at about 7-10 years relevant experiences;
3. Candidates with CREA (Certified Reing Estconsumed Appraiser), CPA, CFA is preferred;
4. Be good at marketing development and client relationship maintenance;
