Exp : 12 ~ 24 Months Lab Services is part of IBM India Software Labs serving customers who have purchased IBM software products, primarily in enabling them on the products and engaging with them to architect, design, develop, & deploy the solution. ISSW or AIM Lab Services for which this hire is required, caters to the websphere stack of products/solutions. The candidate needs to have WebSphere product stack knowledge and should be an SME in atleast one of the IBM products (WAS, BPM, Web2.0 development). He or she should have very good customer interaction and problem solving skills. Prior customer facing experience will be a plus. Lab Services consultant will be required to perform the following activities - Design, Implementation & Testing skills - Installation & Configuration of production & non-production environments - Build & Automation scripts for deployment, administration skills - Troubleshooting customer reported problems, providing resolutions - Deliver enablement sessions

Required Bachelor's Degree At least 1 year experience in Java/J2EE Programming At least 1 year experience in Web2.0 Development - CSS/HTML/AJAX/Dojo At least 1 year experience in IBM BPM At least 1 year experience in WebSphere Application Server At least 6 months experience in DB2/Oracle knowledge English: Fluent

Preferred Master's Degree in Engineering At least 2 years experience in Java/J2EE Programming At least 2 years experience in Web2.0 Development - CSS/HTML/AJAX/Dojo At least 2 years experience in IBM BPM
