| 1.
Execute with minimal guidance the analysis, design, test and/or
integration required to define and support the assigned implementation
and validation of software that meet business standards, practices and
procedures and the product/program requirements
2. Develop technical capabilities concurrent with execution of position responsibilities and provide guidance to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others in the organization 3. Document technical data generated to substantiate the assigned components, and/or systems consistent with engineering policies and procedures 4. Provide timely communication on significant business issues or developments, monitor and communicate project status 5. Participate as a presenter in technical and program reviews 6. Lead the solution of complex technical problems 7. Demonstrate a solid technical potential capability to understand the functionality of aeronautical hardware and software 8. Strive to design New Product Introduction (NPI) with six sigma quality capabilities and/or utilize six sigma tools to improve current business products and processes. Document six sigma successes via Green Belt reports and/or presentations 9. Concurrently work on multiple projects, monitoring progress and quality and ensuring schedule requirements are met. 10. | • Bachelor's degree in related field plus 3 years of experience or
Master's degree in related field plus 1 year of experience or PhD degree in related field • Full time (9 hrs/day) availability starting January 2014 • Degree must be in: - Electronics & Communications Engineering - Electronic Systems Engineering - Mechatronics Engineering - Computer Science Engineering. No people focused on IT support - Computer Systems Engineering. No people focused on IT support - Aeronautics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering *(Special cases to be considered only if interested and experienced in software implementation) • Excellent English language communication skills; both, verbal and written (at least 700 TOEIC points) • Programming skills in various of the following languages/platforms: - Low Level: ANSI C/C++/JAVA/VB - Scripting: PERL/KornShell/Ruby - High-Level: Labview/Matlab/Simulink/SCADE - Operative Systems: Windows/Linux/UNIX • Demonstrated skills to quickly learn new programming languages and technologies • Effective interpersonal skills • Capable of documenting projects, processes and/or products • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Process-oriented skills.
