Senior DCM Originator – Corporates International (m/f)

Group Origination DCM
Group Originationis responsible for winning bond mandates from key corporate, financial institution and sovereign clients of Erste Group, and ensuring the successful execution of these mandates. Within the group, a cross-border corporate team based in Vienna, Prague and Zagreb covers both Investment Grade and High Yield bond issues from corporate clients from Austria and CEE.
YOU

• will independently (or as a senior member of a team) work with the firm’s key corporate clients
• develop and present high-standard strategic funding proposals to senior client representatives (Board Member or Treasurer)
• manage and co-ordinate complex financing transactions through all aspects of execution
• co-ordinate your work with all relevant external parties (e.g. legal counsel, auditors) and internal stakeholders (client executives, risk management, other product groups, syndicate); you will represent the bond product in the Credit Committee
• have at least 5-6 years of relevant work experience
• have an in-depth knowledge of corporate funding, an understanding of the bond markets (senior, hybrid and high yield), either as originator or investor; existing relationships to Austrian and German corporate clients are beneficial
• provide guidance to junior colleagues, qualify as internal trainer as well as project leader for smaller development projects,
• are numerate and organized, have strong presentation skills in front of senior clients, and are able to operate with minimal supervision in a complex environment 
• are a strong team player and proficient in interacting in German and English
• are willing to put in an exceptional effort in return for a rewarding environment, and are able to travel regularly within the region
