Purpose of Role:
Provide
functional reward expertise and execute the Reward Strategy already
identified for Diageo Mexico. To own the standards set (policies) and
adhere to (people compliance) across the total organization.
Decision Making
Ability to consult and assess needs for the organization.
Be
able to execute the Reward Strategy and project plan already in place
but also identifying any adjustments when needed and have the ability to
decided when to make those decisions in an autonomous way and when to consult and align them.
Optimize
the reward expenditures through in-depth analysis, market insights,
vendor analysis and/or reallocating costs to yield the highest ROI.
Market Complexity
Accountable
for providing functional reward expertise on total reward philosophy
and strategies, making a difference to the total business performance
through the use of total rewards. Ability to influence, provide guidance and ensure alignment across various key stake holders in the market –HRD & Exec.
Work
very closely with HR BP´s in the market, and other Reward managers
across LAC, and a global network, and the Service Centre for HR in
Norwalk & London.
Managing
several vendors for the administration of our different benefits and
also for other services such as benchmarks, salary surveys etc..
Key Outputs:
· Reward
Processes – Leads and executes reward cycles and enrollment processes
(e.g. annual and interim reward cycle, benefits open enrollment, and
other enrollment activities). Develop and distribute all materials.
· Reward
Strategy- Implement the Reward Strategy already identified for Mexico
as part of the 5 year Strategy Plan and the Multi Year Talent Plan. Make
sure every piece of the Project Plan is implemented in a quality and
timely manner.
· Reward
Administration – Responsible for Reward plan administration Identify
and implement process improvement areas. Responsible for ensuring
vendor invoices are paid in a timely manner.
· Market Research – Leverage internal and external networks/forums as enablers of the execution of the Reward Strategy.
· Governance
& Compliance - Ensure internal and external compliance of all Plans
are being met and ensure an adequate CARM control environment is
maintained within the business/department. Accountability for operating
plans in a fully compliant environment
Qualifications and Experience Required:
· College Degree required
· 3+ years of related experience
· Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
· Expertise in reward plan development and administration
