Financial Planning Supervisor
The Financial Planning Supervisor is the responsible for managing Operating Expenses Budget (OPEX) for Mexico Business Unit in order to reach established targets; perform the Business Plan (Zero Base) & Monthly Rolling Estimate, understanding the variances among the several estimations and performing assessment of the Risk and Opportunities for the business in that important P&L row.
The Financial Planning Supervisor is the responsible for managing Operating Expenses Budget (OPEX) for Mexico Business Unit in order to reach established targets; perform the Business Plan (Zero Base) & Monthly Rolling Estimate, understanding the variances among the several estimations and performing assessment of the Risk and Opportunities for the business in that important P&L row.
Main Activities
- Attend Budget owners, as Vice-Presidents & Directors mainly, verifying budget status with them and understanding main budget necessities and seeking efficiencies for the company.
- Managing budget of Capital Expenditures Projects (CAPEX) for Mexico Business Unit, in order to allocate resources according with prior investments for the company, preparing Annual Plan and performing a follow up, deliver the status to SBU LA & Capital Management (Atlanta).
- Administering Request for Authorization System, in order to accomplish with local Chart of Authority for several transactions, as request of Capital Project & Small Projects (CAPEX), and several kinds of requests, following up for the authorization.
- Participation in different kinds of projects, focus on core business operation.
