IT System & Operations Administrator

Main tasks

Zur Unterstützung des NIKE Teams am Standort Wien suchen wir ab August 2013
für 15 Std./Woche Verstärkung. Als IT System & Operations Administrator sind sie der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Anwender und sind für die Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich. Ebenso unterstützen Sie das, in Frankfurt befindliche, IT Department, durch Weitergabe von relevanten Informationen.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Installation, Konfiguration und Maintenance von PC Hard- und Software
• Troubleshooting und Lösungsfindung (Desktops, Notebooks, Mobile Devices, Netzwerk, Applikationen)
• Unterstützung der Anwender
• Administrative Tätigkeiten (Lieferantenkontakt, Bestellungen, Rechnungskontrolle,?)

Ihr Profil:

• abgeschlossene oder in aktuell befindlicher IT Ausbildung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• hohe Anwender- und Serviceorientierung
• hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Gute Auffassungsgabe
• Zuverlässige und vor allem selbständige Arbeitsweise
