Basic Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience.• Candidate should be a Graduate
• Candidate currently handling a similar role/working in an MNC will be preferred.
• Strong Client service orientation
• Must be adept in the use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional diploma in a Secretarial course is preferred.• Effective team player with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills especially while
dealing with senior management
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and proactive problem solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour at all times
• Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and
multitask in a deadline driven environment
