We are looking for a highly motivated employee, with great planning skills who has had experience in analytical positions. An agile learner person, able to gather, calculate and analyze Operations Key Performance Indicators, in order to meet functional strategies.
Someone who has the ability to guide and support the Operations team within the budgeting process and follow up, highlighting potential risks and supporting its resolution. This employee will have to drive a strategic thinking throughout Operations, provide adequate, timely analysis and secure availability of robust data through a constant interface with all departments in Operations and Finance.
Overall Experience: 2-4 years of experience in companies on: Manufacturing processes (balance scorecards, process engineering), Supply Chain (production planning/scheduling, demand planning, etc.) and/or Operations Finance.
