Description
-Partner with GFPM team for preparing / finalizing budgets / forecasts / Head Count numbers.
-The incumbent will be expected to institute a process to critically analyze financials / ABM data and support in providing value added MIS to the executive team.
-This position will cover activities supporting for Budgeting & OPEX Reviews, preparation of decks for the Business Operating Reviews and the FCE Digital Dashboard data , Reporting of the Headcount , Key Projects / SQP & re-engineering saves tracking.
-Assist the BL and SDL in tracking the performance of their respective areas on the Financials / Goals & Priorities.
-Assist BL/ SDLs to coordinate business review meetings & actively interact with them & proactively support the ESAT initiative for.
-Improve the process(es), effectiveness, to advance his/her area of functional expertise and to ensure that integrity, control and optimal functionality / efficiency is established, maintained and improved for the assigned processes and associated cost / quality metrics
- In addition, the incumbent will serve a critical role in the development and implementation of the standardization, continuous improvement and re-engineering initiatives that continue to support the organisation’s momentum in achieving goals and service levels, meeting and exceeding customer objectives.
- The incumbent shall support various initiatives / projects for the area .
- The incumbent shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with customer / business partners, Technologies and other interface groups.
- Should have good maturity to respond quickly to crisis situations related to the process, customers and unique employee issues.
- The incumbent should have tenured 18 months or more in current role level/position in FRC-East as on the date of application deadline.
- Should not be currently on a staging post assignment
- Should have a minimum 18 months tenure on the same assignment at FRCE after return from Stage Post / EBT.
- Should have a minimum performance rating of G2/L2.
Qualifications
The incumbent should be MBA \ CA. Additionally, potential candidates should have:

-Prior experience on preparation of budgets and managing financials would be preferred
