A leading Facilities Management company in the Kenya is
experiencing exceptional growth. They are urgently recruiting for a
Technical Supervisor to manage the MEP systems on site and manage
technical contractors.
You will report directly to the lead Facilities Manager and be
responsible for the technical delivery of a significant commercial site.
The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Management of the total delivery of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil services
- Ensuring the Facilities Management contract is delivered and that service provision KPIs are all attained
- Managing a strong team of technical and non-technical facilities management staff
- Carry out the installation, commissioning and repair of a range of equipment
- Technical MEP and Civil or Building Maintenance
- Prepare effective maintenance plans for all assets
The successful Technical Supervisor will have the following background:
- A technical or Hard Services background with a degree level qualification in either electrical or mechanical services
- Strong MEP experience on large residential or commercial sites
- More than 3 years’ experience of managing the full contract including KPIs, policies, Health and Safety and Energy Management
- Experience of CAFM/CMMS is preferred
