This is a senior position for a Software Professional in the RNAM
Customer Adaptation Center (CAC) in Plano, TX organization. Job duties
include, but are not limited to the following:
• Perform customer solution requirements analysis and translate into detailed software requirements.
• Engage in technical conversations with customers to identify the best custom SW solution for their problem.
• Make assessment as to the key functionality a customer needs.
• Understand how the customer will use the software solution.
• Design architecture to be used for the customer solution that
considers cost, performance, availability, maintainability, scalability
and reusability.
• Identify hardware and OS to be used in the software development.
• Specify the appropriate technologies to be used (SW language, frameworks, databases, etc.).
• Formulate the software structure into work packages that are based on the customer requirements.
• Identify SW delivery methodology (AGILE, Waterfall, SCRUM) to be used on a given project.
• Stay current with the latest technologies that are being used for software development in the industry.
• Be a key input to line management in creating an organization that
is properly dimensioned with the appropriate skill sets.
• Assist sales teams in providing cost estimation based on requirements.
• Recommend and lead improvement initiatives.
